1. Obtaining a Quote. You provide us your window schedule or enter sizes yourself through an automated online bidding system. You will get your quote in minutes after you furnish all information!
2. Paperwork. Based on numbers you provide to us, Superhouse Florida will prepare shop drawings which have to be signed along with a contract with terms and conditions.
3. Payments. Your order will be manufactured based on signed by you shop drawings after you pay a 40% deposit for materials (at signing the contract). Another 40% which include labor are payable in 2-3 months against the inspection report and photos of manufactured order.

The remaining 20% are payable upon delivery of your order. Superhouse Florida LLC works at a low margin employing your money. This is how you get the best product for the lowest price. You will be making 3 payments to us (40%-40%-20%) through the lead time which is 6 months on average. Your order will be manufactured and shipped in accordance with signed shop drawings and a contract. No refunds are available after all paperwork is signed.
